I ordered multiple letters and have only received one, why didn't they come together?

All items aside from the 12 letter package letters get shipped separately. We do mail usps and things can get separated in the mail. Normally, if one letter comes the other one should only be a few days behind. We suggest, making sure that both letters arrive before letting your child get the mail.
